Clinical Practices
The clerkship for students of Five-year Clinical Medicine takes various teaching patterns at School of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Clinical Practice for this stage mainly adopt ward rotation, supplemented with other teaching patterns including small lectures, case discussion, clinical skills training, etc. Students need to be fully involved in the patient management so that they can successful enter to internship rotation.
Clinical practice trainings for students of Eight-year Clinical Medicine will be adopted throughout the last four years of medical learning. From the basic clinical knowledge and skills trainings during the first and second years to the intensive clinical internship during the third and fourth years, this teaching pattern is expected to truly realize “early clinical practices, frequent clinical practices and repeated clinical practices”, which is conducive to fostering the solid clinical practice ability of the students
