This study shared the key operative points that surgeons must focus on during the double-flap adenomyoectomy procedure, and systematically outlined several critical protective factors affecting postoperative pregnancy outcomes, including age threshold, ovarian reserve status, residual myometrial thickness exceeding 8 mm, and the golden conception window of 12 to 24 months after surgery.
