A series of English courses kick off at WHZJU
As the 2022 Asian Games is approaching, WHZJU launches a series of English training activities for staff to strengthen the international medical service capacity. The International Affairs Office carried out language training survey in advance to optimize training programs.
On March 4, the oral test of the practical English course was carried out smoothly in Health Care Building. Three evaluation experts assessed candidates’ English communication ability in medical scenarios. Meanwhile, the pre-IELTS test was conducted online, and then the content of the IELTS course was customized according to the performance.
On April 26, WHZJU started the brand-new English courses. On the opening ceremony, Dr. LIU Aixia (Deputy Director of International Affairs Office) encouraged the trainees to cherish the opportunity and develop long-term language learning habits.
Staff from administration, clinical, nursing and healthcare departments all attached great importance to the courses and participated actively.
WHZJU will further organize systematic language training courses, striving to build a youthful team of medical professionals with international vision and competence.
