Research Interests:

Ye Cai-mei has been engaged in front-line clinical nursing work since 1983, and served as the head of obstetric nursing for 17 years. She specialize in obstetric clinical nursing. She is good at maternal and neonatal nursing, and she is the first head nurse to carry out the pilot of mother-baby ward (Training Base for Guidance on Breastfeeding Techniques of Zhejiang Province). She is a provincial breast-feeding trainer and has trained breast-feeding teachers for many times throughout the province and cities. In recent years, she has published more than 10 papers, which on maternal and neonatal care and on writing of nursing record, in national core nursing journals, and has hosted and participated in a number of departmental projects.
