Prof. He has published more than 120 papers in national and international journals and participated in the composition of fifteen books. She took charge of or participated in more than ten research grants of nation and province, and has been granted first prize of national science and technology award for women's and children's health, science and technology achievement award of China birth defect intervention and relief foundation, three awards of Progress in Technology and Medical Science of Zhejiang Province, three awards for medicine and health technological innovation of Zhejiang Province. She has been honored the title of special contribution for eugenics in China, advanced worker of Zhejiang University, advanced individual in medical and political work of Zhejiang Province and advanced individual in maternal and child health work of Zhejiang Province.
