Research Narrative:

Wang Gui-di has been engaged in clinic work for more than 40 years, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, with a comprehensive theoretical knowledge and professional level. After serving as the head nurse of operating room, she organized colleagues in the department to learn new concepts, develop new technologies and improve the workflow. She introduced humanistic care into operating room nursing, and created a warm surgical service mode, so as to adapt to the development of nursing science and patients' needs for perioperative comfort.
