1.About Us
MICU is committed to providing the rescue and treatment of all kinds of patients in critical, emergent and severe obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital, as well as the monitoring and treatment of patients before and after surgery.
Currently, we have one chief physician, three associate chief physicians, two young and middle-aged physicians, and a nursing team of 12 nurses.
2.Expertise and Specialty
We have unique insights in the diagnosis and treatment of the pregnancy combined with internal medical disease: especially hypertension, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, upper respiratory tract infection, heart disease, renal disease, and gastrointestinal diseases.
We are good at evaluating whether those high risk pregnant women can tolerate the ongoing pregnancy, delivery procedure and possible caesarean section.
We have participated in the discussion and rescue organization of various difficult, acute diseases, and critical illness, as well as the organization of rescue exercises in our hospital.
3.Treatment & Service
Intensive care center of obstetrics and gynecology provides invasive and non-invasive monitoring, drug treatment and respiratory circulation support for severe patients in gynecology and obstetrics
Medical outpatient service gives preoperative evaluation and treatment to patients with combined medical diseases in obstetrics and gynecology, related consultation opinions, participating in case discussion
Electrocardiogram and pulmonary function monitoring: providing the routine pre-operative examination and the monitoring and evaluation of cardiopulmonary basic function for gynecological and obstetrical patients
4.Research
Our main research areasat present include: monitoring methods of hemodynamics in ICU and its significance, evaluation and treatment of the infections in ICU, rational application of critical ultrasonic and the impact of early, individualized sedation and analgesia on patients in ICU.
