Overview:

The family planning science team has four senior consultants, three deputy senior consultants, one doctoral supervisor and one master supervisor. In recent years, Family Planning Research and Development Team has engaged in the research on the regulation and mechanism of mifepristone on maternal-fetal interface immune cells and their factors. Focusing on the mechanism of mifepristone’s role in “endometrial contraception”, the team has carried out in-depth and intensive research, hoping to provide new strategies for the development of new contraceptives. At the same time, a series of basic and clinical studies on cesarean scar pregnancy have been carried out in view of the increased incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy because of Two-child Policy. The study on the pathogenesis of cesarean scar pregnancy found that the expression of integrin β 3 and LIF in the decidua of cesarean scar may be related to the embryo implantation of cesarean scar, and the occurrence of cesarean scar pregnancy may be related to the change of endometrial receptivity of local cesarean scar. Over the past three years, the team has published many papers on SCI journals, has undertaken 3 programs of National Natural Science Foundation, and won the Second Prize of National Women and Children’s Health Science and Technology Award and the Second Prize of Zhejiang Medicine and Health Science and Technology Award. The team also participates in edition of national clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines and technical operation norms (family planning sub-volume) and many expert consensuses in the field of family planning, further standardizing the surgical operation and disease diagnosis and treatment of family planning.
