Dr. Hsun-Ming (William) Chang is a research associator in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of British Columbia.

In 2020, Dr. Hsun-Ming (William) Chang was appointed as guest professor of School of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
