Reproductive Endocrinology Team of WHZJU Attends ASPIRE 2023
The 12th Annual Meeting of Asia Pacific Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASPIRE 2023) was held from September 7 to September 10, 2023 in Adelaide, Australia.
Dr. Tang Minyue gave an oral presentation titled "A Prediction Model of Low Birthweight in Singleton Pregnancies Reduced From Dichorionic Twin Pregnancies". The corresponding author of this study is Prof. Zhu Yimin. Based on a cohort of multiple pregnancies reduction in our hospital, the study focused on the pregnancy outcome of twin pregnancies reduced to singleton pregnancies, and constructed a prediction model of low birthweight risk after reduction, providing more basis for clinicians to make decisions and patients to consult. The study aroused active questions and lively discussions among the participating experts.
Tang Minyue also listened attentively to the reports of various academic experts in this meeting, which broadened her horizons and motivated her academic inspiration. International professionals and academics have consistently praised reproductive endocrinology department's research accomplishments and expertise.
Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE) is an academic organization dedicated to promoting the development and advancement of reproductive medicine in the Asia-Pacific region, and the ASPIRE Annual Meeting has become an important platform for Asia-Pacific countries to understand and share advances in fertility and reproductive medicine. This was the first face-to-face offline meeting of ASPIRE in three years. The conference has developed a unique and refreshing program that focuses on cutting-edge advances in basic reproductive sciences, embryology, and clinical reproductive medicine, aiming to provide an exciting conference for physicians in the Asia-Pacific region.
