Ms. Wang Xiaoying is vice secretary of Party Committee of Women’s Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University. 

Ms. Wang is an associate professor who gained her master degree in Management from Zhejiang University. From 1992, she was engaged in the management of student affairs and administrative work in Zhejiang Medical University (later merged into Zhejiang University) and Zhejiang University, successively served as Stduent Instructor, Grade Level Chair, and Director of the Financial Aid Office. In 2011, she assumed the dual role of Deputy Party Secretary at the School of Mechanical Engineering, followed by her appointment as Deputy Director of the Graduate Academic Affairs Office at the Graduate School in 2017. From 2021 to 2025, she served as vice secretary of the Party Committee in Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
