Vice President; Executive Deputy Secretary of Party Committee
Mr. Wu Hong-ping is the vice president and executive deputy secretary of party committee of Women’s Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, in charge of hospital administration management.
Mr. Wu gained his master degree in Management from Zhejiang University in 2007, and received his bachelor degree in Politics from Hangzhou Normal University in 1990. From 1990 to 1998, he was engaged in the management of student affairs in Zhejiang Medical University. From 1998 to 2013, he was engaged in administrative work in Zhejiang University School of Medicine, successively served as the vice director, director of Party and Administration Office, director of the Student Affairs Office, assistant dean, deputy secretary of the party committee and so on. From 2013 to 2017, he served as the secretary of the party and vice dean in charge of administrative work of Zhejiang University School of Public Health.
Mr. Wu is the council member of Medical Education Branch of China Health Association of Ideological and Political Work (2009-2013, vice chairman), committee member of Administrative Management Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital Association, and council member of Medical Branch of Zhejiang University Alumni Association. He is in charge of and participates in several higher education projects at university-level and provincial-level and has won the honors such as the outstanding staff of Zhejiang University, outstanding middle-level leader of Zhejiang University, etc.
