Research Narrative:
Xu Hong-yan, Associate Senior Nurse, with more than 20-year working experience in operating room, specializes in perioperative nursing of difficult surgery, minimal invasive surgery and pelvic floor reconstructive surgery in the sub-fields of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She serves as head nurse in CSSD and operating room, in charge of clinic working, teaching and research of the whole staff team. She also has been involved in writing course book for operating room specialist nurse education of Zhejiang Province, hosted and participated in 10 provincial research projects, published about 10 papers, and obtained 7 national patents.
